Description
We are the Champions
For us to be a champion it’s not just to have a trophy or to win games, but how to overcome and deal with different situations in life. Some situations can be good but others are bad, and it’s not about what happens on the field but in the children’s home, school and relationships. Our desire is that our children can be champions on the field and off the field. Practice time is the time they can discover their gifts, new relationships, etc.
CHILDREN LIVING LIVES WITH A PURPOSE OF COURAGE AND FAITH, INFLUENCING FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND COMMUNITIES.
Our Vision
What it means to be a champion
We are very intentional about teaching our children about values and principles:C character
H honesty
A attitude: caring for one another
M motivation: we encourage/motivate one another
P perseverance: don’t give up
I influence: we influence one another
O others: people are important
N not afraid to try
S success: is doing my best
We also have time together with them in championships and friendly games, it’s when we teach about “win and lose”.
How?
Every week we receive about 200 kids and teenagers ages 7 to 15 years old in the soccer field and there we practice soccer skills and teach them principles of life.
Every month we have a fun time that we hang out with each age group to build relationships and teach about the Father’s love for them.
What we need:
- People to spend time and love them
- People can use their gifts to bless the children and the families (Nurses, Doctors, People involved with Sports, ex players, etc)
- A lot of Prayer Intercessors
- Finance Partners support
